With season over for the majority of schools out there what jobs are coming open? Which schools are looking to move in a different direction? Which schools need to go in another direction?

Conway Christian will be hiring a girls coach. They will be playing their first year in the Arkansas Activities Association and will return 95% of their scoring from a team that has won back to back Arkansas Christian Schools state tournaments (22-5 & 27-6) and have faired well, 1st and a couple of 2nd place finishes in some national and regional tournaments. Barring new players they will have no seniors next year with 4 returning starters. The transistion and level of play will be a step up but they might surprise some people next year.

So their going to be horrible is what your saying. Private Schools that dont compete in the AAA are a little better than 7th grade jamborees

AAA unless you have seen them play you have no qualified opinion. They have played some very good teams in out of state tournaments and been competitive. The Arkansas Activites Association won't even let member schools scrimmage non-member schools so they have gone out of state to play a more competitive schedule. Most of the girls play AAU summer ball and are starters and/or major contributors to those teams. No they won't be horrible, and will welcome the transition, though challenging, as they join the 2A.
