Derrick Grimes , The founder of The Cole Minnows and Assistant Softball Coach at Southwest TN Community College located in Memphis  , and his wife Janie Grimes , Pitching Coach at Southwest  are building a new 1st year 16 and under 'A' team. Girls Must have a strong work ethic,  and the desire to learn and be pushed to the next level.
