Saw an article yesterday about Tex's wife making his decision for him. Red Sox fans are going to eat him for lunch when he goes to Fenway this season.

Atlanta should've ponied up and paid Smoltz. They really screwed this one up. We just happened to take advantage. He could really make a huge impact, especially down the stretch. I realize he's going to miss April and most of May, but I'm anxious to see what he can do when he comes back.
