Earle quickness hurt Riverside early and by the time they adjusted to it, they were down double digits. Defensively Earle tries to create turnovers but if you don't turn it over you can get good looks. Riverside had a good number of open threes tonight but couldn't hit.

Usually Riverside can score off a good press and get good transition buckets. But Earless quickness definitely played a big role in the opposite of that

I think Earle and EPC have established themselves as the top two teams in the conference. EPC will probably finish 3rd in conference but with the district at home they will have a good shot at the district finals. After looking at the state brackets, the winner of this region has a good chance to reach semis or finals if JC and Clarendon win their regionals.

You have to give Earle a pretty good advantage in coaching. I believe Coach Murray has won four state championships.

Ain't nobody beating Earle from here on out. EPC would be the only team with a very slight chance. BIC might fall to 4th in district tourney if 3rd place game was played and not given to higher seed. Earle will make final four of state and EPC can make deep run

First let's not forget that BIC has beaten Riverside both times so that statement isn't true. Also don't forget that BIC was up 5 in the 3rd quarter at EPC the other night and because EPC score keeper had fouls messed up in the official book Pike picked up his 4th foul which should have only been his 3rd at that point. Changed the whole complexion of the game. Not saying that is the reason BIC lost but if that hadn't happened the game would've been much much more competitive. BIC is far from done.

Most true statement I have read on this thread. With 2 coaches, 2 scouts and 2 stat keepers on the bench you would think they would have noticed the 3rd foul...EPC fans sure noticed it.  I'm not sure 1 foul causes you to loose by 20 pts anyway.

DJ, not sure if Murray was at Crawfordsville with those players or not but 1995 is the only state championship for C'ville according to the list I saw. I saw those Crawfordsville teams with Bohanon and they were very good. I think that was around 1990 or so.
