This is the first time that Maumelle girls have made it to the State Championship game.  They have a chance to get their first Championship or at least State Runner-up.  Congratulations on your hard work to accomplish this.

Valley View girls have been here before.  They have two State Runner-up trophies and have a chance to get their first State Championship trophy.

Interesting tidbit...
Valley View moves up to the 5A East next cycle replacing 5A East Vilonia that is moving to the 5A West.  Maumelle moves up to the 5A West next cycle along with 5A Central LRCA moving into the West replacing Huntsville and Shiloh Christian moving down to the 4A.
Both teams have proven that they are the two best 4A girls teams this season and want to add a Championship trophy to their record before moving up to the 5A.

I had the chance to ref the VV and Maumelle game during the regular season.  VV won that game 3-0 but Maumelle had some chances.  Should be a very good game.  Congrats to the 4A-3 for putting three of the four teams into the semi's and two teams into the championship game.
