What's the feeling in El Dorado coming into the season?  Is this team a contender?

Renewed optimism with healed players and good crop of young talent. DLine will be good and QB dual threat playmaker.  I'm not convinced we will make semis, but feeling is optimistic.  We'll know more after first couple of weeks into the season.  Go Cats!

They always wait to see what happens in the Redbird game before they comment. Classic Bandwagoners. BTW I heard they got former Camden Fairview great De'Anthony Curtis on their staff. Is there any truth to that?

Also have Claude Johnson on staff as well.

I thought Claude was RB coach and De'Anthony was LB coach...could be wrong, but kudos to Reed for going out and getting these guys.

We (Fairview) have two or three coaches from there (Hazmat) too though right?

Cats had some bright spots tonight but still have things to work on.  Might make the playoffs...not sure
