freshmen moved up to sr high

All students have 8 semesters of high school eligibility starting in 9th grade.

I think the only rule is that they can't play on the 9th grade (if there is one) and the varsity, but they don't lose a year

9th graders can play jr or sr high but once they move up they can't go back down to JH.
