I am a new coach and I am trying to build my resources on coaching. I want to know what books you have in your office that help you become a better coach? What have you used when it comes to teaching technique? Or what offense to run or defense. I need help with finding good videos oin technique. Please help me find some resoiurces do that I can have more thanm two drills during practice. Also what is you favorite thing to do in practice drillwise?
