What can the kids do to increases speed, quickness and cutting ability?

I posted this in another speed thread, but it's very relevant.

These speed clinics are really worth the money.  When I was coaching at Hector we sent a lot of our players to Lane Acceleration in Russellville.  It was around $300 for a 6 week program, but trust me, it was worth every penny. 

We saw huge results in all the players that went, but the biggest speed gains I saw were from our linemen.  I saw a lot of 5.6-5.8 end up in the low 5's. 

You better be ready to work though.  They will work your butt off.
