How to create an highlight tape?

I need help on creating my highlight tape but i dont know what to use. I already have it on dvd, where do i go from there.

the new ilife on mac has a great user friendly program, the best highlight tape i have ever seen was darenalles might ask someone over there.

Contact the Big Show on the 3A board he does this type of work.
