Come to the following website to discuss rules, gamesmanship, etc.  Both the refs and the coaches should have the same goal in mind--do what's right for the kids.

Thanks for the plug, Arthur.  The board is 99% officials, but if you have legitimate questions, you can definitely get some good answers there.

Absolutely.  We might not be able to answer Xs and Os questions like coaches, but we can give you rules and mechanics answers all day.  :)
