If we are talking true upset (5 vs 1 ,  4 vs 2)  then it would be Gravette over Heber Springs.   I don't think this will happen I am just saying this one is the most likely based on match ups.

Ok  I didn't realize Heber dropped to the 3.    That conference had a cluster at the top and I wasn't sure the final seeds.    Gravette has won 4 in a row including a victory over Shiloh but somehow Heber just wins games.
