I believe there is no way Concord keeps this close.  Norfork has just way to much fire power. Would not surprise me one bit if the lady panthers are cutting down the nets I couple of weeks.

gamechanger11

Shirley will beat Deer 15 +. Wonderview wins it close to double digits. Hard to really tell about rest of the games.

My guess is 12. And I may be way off. Just depends on what team shows up. I seen them play some of their last regular season games and I didn't think they were that great. But district and regionals, and last night apparently they played really well. The game against wonderview in the 3rd place game was a lot closer than the final score. Concord was only down 4 at one point in the 4th. Not a bad team. Closer than some might expect. But I'm rolling with Norfork.

arstatechamp13

If concord plays on the level that they're capable of they can compete with anyone. Unfortunately that doesn't happen often. They've come alive in the post season. I hope Norfork is overlooking them.

I've seen both teams play.  There is a 0% chance that Concord plays close to Norfork.

I think Concord has a bunch of talent seems to be coming around at the right time.  Very under utilized through the season maybe those girls decided let's make history or Scrotchner learned something from Nemo and Wview.  I think it could be a good game prob depends on which coach has a better game plan.  I'll take the upset
Fired up Coach Edgar, fired up players and fired up fans!

+1 Tiger. Norfork definitely has the advantage but crazier things have happened in the state tournament. Concord is a good team when they fire on all cylinders

Concord played good last night!! And I thought Scranton was good..at one point there were 7 threes made in a row..4 from Scranton and 3 from Concord

Eagle_Mom_2

Concord girls, my goodness I hope they lose. If our girls can't be there I sure don't want anyone wearing that color purple to win. That said, although I think Coach Scrotchner has done a wonderful job this year, why in the world have they not been there sooner? I thought the last 2 years they could've really given people the ole 1-2, 1-2-3 in the postseason, if ya know what I mean.

region 5 girls won't win a game. I doubt anyways. They're super weak. May win this 1 v 4. However if they do that will be about it for that region of girls.

just at the moment to me region 4 boys looking good. I haven't seen ICC I was just told they played freakishly good talking to some folks yesterday. They may come back out and not miss a beat. However I'm taking Mineral with the upset and if I'm wrong well good for ICC and if I'm right then good for mineral.

Heard there wasn't much to it... One of mulberry players kicked one of Nevada's but game was already over... This was from a Nevada fan at the game but might be another side to story.

To be at the game as well and to see the game end. There was NO kick that happened. MPV took the shot and missed and after the buzzer sounded the two players exchanged words. Words only is all that happened. Both teams showed great class in the game. Was a battle of a game and tensions were high at the end. Congrats to Nevada on a great win. Jackets hold your heads up high. You guys represented the school and the community with class.
