That's a pretty good list.  SH is loaded, Greenbrier has probably the best pitcher and hitter in 5A, Farmington brings back a lot of talent and has a real good ace, White Hall has a lot of young talent, LRCA will have good top-end pitching and talent everywhere, and Maumelle might have possibly the deepest quality pitching staff in 5A.
