Yep, fell so far he landed with a top ten FCS team coming off a second round playoff appearance and a 9-4 season with a well-respected head coach. RB coach is also an Arkansas guy. Good for Strong and South Dakota St. - will be a very good player there.

Such is the world of internet recruiting. A D1-FCS college has more money to offer than a D2 college.
