Why hasn't anybody signed Jermaine Rudd from Hope

I know he's small, but he would be a threat on special teams; even if thats all he did for 4 years, he would do very well at it

I believe Arkansas State got a very good crop of instate players.  I am very excited about them.

Tech also got Cole Berthel or something like that transfered from Arkansas, he played four years in the MLB, but i think it was a minor league team

I didn't forget them, I didn't know about them.  Harding's signings weren't listed at all.  If you know of others from there, let us know.  I haven't heard anything of UAPB either.  I didn't notice any from Arkansas on Monticello's list, so I didn't post theirs.
