Yeah, I just looked it up on the newspaper website. Russellville won 2-0 and their pitcher struck out 17. But it wasn't at the TOC. This article was posted on March 11th.

Oh I see - a friend saves the local newspaper for me, I saw it reading back. Thought it was from the first T.O.C round. Sounds like NLR might be down a bit this year...
