Strangely, the Hillbillies are also playing at the Rockets' tourney this week, sweeping Marshall in R1 yesterday.

Farmington beat Pottsville about 14 I think.
Pottsville lost a lot of athletes from last year and need lots of work.  It will be a guess of how they come along.  I think 3rd at best in the 4-4A

Dardanelle boys have beaten Two Rivers, Lamar, Oden, and Cedarville. They play Ozark Saturday in the championship game of the Scranton Tourney.

Dardanelle girls lost to Two Rivers and Lamar and have beaten Olden, and Cedarville and they play Charleston Saturday in the championship game of the Scranton tourney as well.

That's what I know thus far.

Timbo is a part of Mnt View school district.....They look to be the best 1a Region 3 has to offer this year....and that's usually the best 1a Region.

Subiaco is 6-1 and took 3rd in the Van Buren Tournament. Dardanelle comes to Subi on Tuesday, Dec. 4th. Subi then plays in the Cyclone Classic Wednesday - Friday.

They lost 3 very good athletes last year as well as a seasoned team leader. They are still a better than average team. I hope the continue to improve.  I think Clarksville is just that strong.

Not sure anyone is going to be a threat in the state tournament, but the boy's side of the 4-4A should be fun.  Lots of good teams that are pretty even between Morrilton, Pottsville, Subiaco, Dardanelle, Clarksville, and Ozark.
