Goblins had 7 turnovers in 2nd period and were down 11 points at half and down by 13 points at the end of 3.  I think that Atwell only had 2 points around about this time.  Then 4th period happens and "Here comes the GOBS" raining 3s.  I'm not sure of how many of the 3s, but were 11 of 16 at the free throw line.  I didn't get all the scores but it was a team effort of single players getting 19, 11, 8, 9, 6, 3, 2, (4?) respectfully.  Our best shooter, Atwell had only the 8 points I believe with 4 fouls.  A Great Game by both teams!

I can't believe what I just saw.

Typical road game. Home team getting all the calls. Crockett takes one dribble and jumps into 2 players gets call. A Goblin goes on backcut for layup and gets knocked down. No call. It was that was for 3 quarters. LR Christian up 47-34.

The first two minutes of the 4th quarter was back-and-forth. Gobs hitting tons of 3's to cut it to 8 with 6 minutes left. Then LR Christian for whatever reason goes to stall game. Just dribbling at the top. Lost all identity. Goblins took advantage and created turnovers. Marseilles killing it from 3. Finally took lead with under a minute left 59-57.

Then LR Christian still dribbled it up top. 21 seconds left. They had no clue what to do. Got bailed out by a foul. Hit 2 FT's and tied the game at 59.

Goblins came down worked it to Atwell. He took it inside and was doubled and passed it back. Jenkins nails 25-footer at buzzer for win. 62-59 Final.

Atwell sat most of 1st half with 2 fouls. It was 17-13 when he got his 2nd foul. LR Christian ended half on 10-3 run. And it would have been a 10-0 run, but Gobs hit a 3 at the buzzer before half. Sat last 2 minutes of 3rd with 3 fouls. He made big plays in 4th quarter. But what most don't realize is the entire starting 5 for the Goblins can hit it from 3. Marseilles was probably the one with 19. I think he hit 5 3's. Jenkins had to be one with 11. He hit game-winner.

^^^ agree. The stall game with 7 minutes left nursing a small lead was puzzling to say the least. Then all the dribbling up top by one player while the other 4 were essentially stationary gave the Gobs exactly what they needed to come from behind.

Gobs made a 3 at the halftime buzzer, made a 3pt first play of the second half, then many more throughout the second half, then a final 3 at the regulation buzzer. And most of the second half 3's LRC stayed in a 2-3 zone DEF.  crazy game. I still don't know what Harrison coach said to get that first half Tech foul either.
