It should be a close game this year, but just because both teams are pretty equal in the amount of talent the teams have.  I'd bet Booneville girls 31-26, and Magazine boys 49-46.

anyway getting back on task.......bonneville sux at b-ball they are great in just bout every other sport but just not b-ball what they have won the district once?

Back in 1983,Booneville won the district in Basketball and also the regionals and went to the first round playoffs
being beat by Oak Grove.

Tuesday the sr. girls were beaten by Charleston 43-31.

Tonight the Lady Cats picked up their first win 48-45 over County Line.

The senior boys with only seven dressed out, won their season opener against County Line 56-48!!

Dover is next up on the 15th.

Well I have to say one thing for you, the seven you had playing must of been in pretty good shape. If I were coaching the other team, it would have been nothing  other than fast breaking.

Lady Cats beat Dover tonight 43 to 39.  Great all around effort.  Now 2-1.

Bearcats lost on a 25-foot bank shot with 4 seconds left, 44-43.  Give the Dover player all the credit tho.  Bearcats now 1-1.

Dardanelle is next, a week from today.

Prediction.  The booneville lady bearcats will beat Dardanelle and be 3-1.  They will kill magazine.  They work hard on defense and if their offense can pick up they will have a lot better season this year and win a few more games.
