Coach of the YEAR.

No doubt, Bernie Cox is 10x better than all of them, but they're terrible this year.

7A West has a while to go. Heck, if Northside can beat Bentonville or Southside, I never thought I'd say it, but Darrell Henry deserve a look. Otherwise, it's Barry's to lose with Williams coming up a close second.

The OP went from Coach of the Year to best coach. Read his original post closely.

In that case, Cox wins hands down

TY what the H are you talking about?  Thread title. ::)

The thread title is completely different than the first post. Read carefully.

Coach of the Year belongs to the Catholic coach and Lunney.

Quite Frankly

It only calls for 2 names.  One for each conference and the better one of those two as it pertains to this year.  Cox is ofer this year and certainly is not in this hunt.

Carry on.

RGP

At this point in the season,

7A West- Northside's Henry
7A Central- Russellville's Holt

Overall- Fayetteville's Patton ;)
(I wouldn't be surprised if he tries to FOIA this post and send me a nasy email....)

Quite Frankly

Excellent.  If history holds, he'll take your keyboard.

IF we are talking about COTY......

In the Central - Jeff Holt, hands down

In the "Championship Division".....erhhh.....I mean the West.....Barry Lunney.....he is winning with great talent on only one side of the ball...........however, Bentonville has a tough stretch coming up.....we will see if that defense can keep them in enough games to maintain their current position.......

My money says that they lose at least 2 games down the stretch....

Quite Frankly

Money? ummmmmmmmmmmm  I like money.

But it goes against my policy wager with people here.   Dang it.

We could bet ketchup packets.......

If I lose I will gladly mail them to you in an unmarked, but perhaps not unstained envelope....

Are you wanting the coach of the year so far?

Seems a little silly with a lot of big match ups coming in the next two weeks.

With Arkansas' goofy rule where almost everyone makes the playoffs, the team you think this year should win, Probably won't.

OK - Why not! - I'll play along

7A West- Bentonville Coach ---Lunney
7A Central- Russellville Coach- Holt

as a fan i just wanted to see who so far...(yes i am aware there are 4 huge weeks of football left yet) you thought was doing an excellent job of Coaching their respective squads.

If this is a coach of the year post, then agreed with those above, right now it would be Russellville's Jeff Holt followed closely by Fort Smith Northside's Darrell Henry.

On the Move

QF likes money, sounds like a 7a coach to me.  Let's just make her Coach of the year and be done with it.  She knows more than most of them any ways.  ;D
