Not only is Van Buren going to make the playoffs, the team actually won a game.  No need to sue.


Last night's participation trophies were very cute.  Golden chrome over a plastic figure of a running back in the traditional pose with knee high and arm outstretched to stiff arm.  They were highlighted on a 3/4" base of Ozark Black Walnut with graceful chamfers to reduce the chances of those nasty splinters.  In general, they were well received though some of the second string linemen thought they were slighted.
