Bye weeks? Good or Bad for those that have them? Momentum killers or confidence builders?

i feel this is one of those 50/50 issues and mainly depends on the team.  it can certainly be a momentum killer but yet it can also be good for teams with several injuries and allow enough time to heal for the playoffs!

i think it helps eldo and pb. that was a physical game they both needed rest after that.
