I gonna say Salem can beat anybody in 2a when they shoot good.   They have gave up games every once in a while that make you wonder.  I gonna say Earle doesn't want to play Salem first rd.  Salem lost to Sloan in district but beat them 3 other times this year very easily.  So it was just a bad night.  I kinda glad we're the underdogs.  We been favorites the last two years and have lost first rd regionals the last two years.  We're gonna try a different way this year...lol. Go hounds!!!

^ Salem wasn't the underdog this year? I think Salem deserves more credit than you guys gave them. They played a good game against a great team and led on and off most of the game, when you guys said they were going to get killed. They messed up in districts and had to play a great athletic team in regionals, but they had a great season and played hard tonight.

I thought Salem girls had a pretty nice team. Kinda shot themselves in the foot last week losing to SH in the district semifinal. This is not an Earle girls team that has the BIGS like in the past that makes them unbeatable which you saw in Carlisle last week. If teams trap Scott to get the ball out of her hand then this is just an ordinary Earle team without the size down low + they don't have any consist 3 ball shooters. Should be fun tonight with Marmaduke and I'm pretty sure Coach Smith will have the game plan to make this an interesting game.

Although I do agree they are not as good with the ball in Ro's hands (that is a no brainer), actually doing that is a huge accomplishment. They are guard heavy and will give anyone fits. They are hard to match up against. No offense to Salem but, I'm sure they were looking ahead to Saturday
