Vilonia hosts Russellville tonight. The Lady Eagles come in at 5-1 and the Lady Cyclones are 0-2, while the Eagles stand at 3-1 and the Cyclones are 1-2.*

*-I got the records from MaxPreps, so remember those aren't always accurate.

Oh wow! I did not hear about those games. That will be a good test for a good 5a school and a good 6a school.

I believe we get a taste of the 6A with Russellville this Friday. Rumor is it will be in our new gym and with me being a creature of habit it will be time for me to choose my new spot. I get made fun of for always sitting in the same seat.

Boys:

Hot Springs 35, Magnolia 34

Bryant(7a) 61, Greenbrier 48

Fair 76, Watson Chapel 55

Benton 59, Camden 26

I thought some these games would be closer! However, it is the start of the season, so it may take a few games to settle in. I got all of Tuesday's games right expect Hot Springs and Mag, which I knew would be close.

There is another big tournament going on this week in Central Arkansas called "Jamming for Jackets". It will be held at Hall High School starting Thursday 12-9. I have been going the past 2 years and you definitely get a chance to see some of the top local talent.
