Wrong! He had 2 tackles because his responsibility was the Dive play which in which he dominated. Batey therefore kept the ball until the second read in the triple option.

Just what I heard.  The eye in the sky wont lie.  I'll get my chance to see it for myself in time.  But Im sure Bodie wouldn't lie about it.

The number of carries by the FB tells the tale. FB dive was shut down.

Or maybe our coaches had a good game plan and realized on film that was gona be trouble so they decided too take what was available ... No need in beating your head against a brick wall.. when you can run around it

What I noticed about #74 in the first half- He was Very Large and seemed to be making plays for Gurdon. Second Half- His arms were solid red (I'm sure from heat and being blocked out almost every play) and he didn't seem to be in on many plays.
#52 was everywhere. He's a great defensive player.
