1A - 8-4A
2B - 7-4A
3 - 4-4A
4 - 1-4A
5 - 2-4A
6 - 3-4A

I think if one of the teams from the 3-4a make it through then I would place either the 1-4a or the 2-4a in last, but if both teams from the 3-4a get beat then I agree that they are the weakest conference.

I think your right KASH.  Haven't heard anything out of those conferences in a coons age!

What are you guys talking about with teams like Brookland, Harrisburg, Trumann, Cave City and Westside how could you say the 3-4a is weak

Right jack! 2-4a sure would take the 7-4a behind the woodshed.

Doesn't the 3-4A have more teams left in the brackets than another conference?  Also, I think Malvern would tell you that Cave City wasn't bad when they had all their players.  The problem with comparing conferences is like saying this team beat that team and that team beat this team so this one is better than that one.

Match ups have a lot to do with it.  Some teams match up better with others and some styles match up better with others.  It is hard to say which one is worse than one because these teams don't play each other on a yearly basis.  Lets just say the best team in the state will be the one left at the end of the bracket.  Good luck to all the teams left in the playoffs.

No. They have 2 teams left. The 7-4A & 8-4A both have 4 teams left.

Just a little bit

The 8-4A is the strongest conference, top to bottom. The rest have capable teams near the top.

Without a doubt the 2-4A is the weakest at this point.  After Friday the opinions will probably change!

I think you're spot on except the 1-4A I think is a little better overall than the 4-4A... I know Dardanelle is better than any team in the 1-4A but I think the 2 and 3 seeds from the 1-4A are stronger than the 4-4A. However, Dardanelle does boost the rating of the 4-4A pretty high.

no Dardanelle just boost themselves, not their conference.

I agree with that actually. I am going to ruffle some feathers but its like when Arkansas & Kentucky fans ride the coat tails of the 7 straight national titles for the SEC. Arkansas is not as bad as Kentucky or even close but just making a point.

Hype.... The 1-4A runs supreme over Nashville and Malvern this week.
