No joke. Make last year even more of a cupcake. Being 12 teams this will be a super deep league and will require somebody to luck out and find the hidden fantasy gem. Your first few picks will be even more crucial.

Nah, everybody's first couple of picks SHOULD all be good, it's the middle round picks that can win you some games. 

As far as the draft I'd prefer a Sunday afternoon, maybe 4 or 5 o'clock....

The live draft will be Sunday, August 10th at 7 PM. There are 12 teams, and each pick will have a 1 minute time limit to make your selection. I suggest being online for the draft at least 10 mins early. If you aren't online by 7, the CPU will select a player for you each time it's time for your pick until either the draft is over or until you enter the draft lobby. Pick wisely, do your homework, and good luck.

I haven't tinkered much with it yet. Last year I think it was 2 QBs, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 2 TEs, 1 W/R/T, 1 W/R/T/Q, 2 K, 2 Def and bench was 3 spots.

Last year the league was set at 10 teams.  Due to demand the league is at 14 teams and will be stopped at that.  It will be a tough league, but that makes fantasy better.  It actually requires you to find the hidden players rather than having an entire teams of all stars.  There are no divisions this year and with it being 14 teams everybody will play each other exactly one time.  Perfect number for scheduling.  The top 8 teams will advance to the playoffs during weeks 14-16.  The rosters will consist of the following:

1 QB
3 WR
1 RB
1 TE
2 Flexs (RB, WR, or TE)
1 K
1 DEF
5 BENCH

Yeah it will be. I shortened the roster by three spots but increased the bench 2 spots up to 5. It should help a bit come bye weeks and in case of injury. 14 teams will be very interesting for sure.
