Big game tomorrow. Rival game! Berryville needs this win really bad so I expect them to give it all they have, however Green Forest will also most likely play hard, it's going to be really good! Could go either way. I'm excited to watch! Anybody have an predictions?

Not knowing the field situation up there, would rain cause any issues?

Basketball13

Green forest by 4. Berryville is down.

ManUCH14

Sevenof400, I honestly have no idea if the field will have any issues with the rain. I'm hoping there isn't. And Basketball13, GF by 4???? Sounds a little too much, but then again I only seen both play only once this season.

4 sounds like a lot to me also. Saw berryville take Siloam springs to kicks from the mark at re max cup. Lost 5-4. They were more skilled than ss but lacked tactically.
I could see this game going to kicks also.

Where is the game being played?

ManUCH14

It's a big rivalry between them. And I heard this one will be played in Green Forest, but I'm not sure.

Seen both and they are equal. There is Not a team in 4a good enough to beat either by 4 if they play at all. Plus this is a big rivalry and all other results and records mean nothing.

Basing your prediction off of 1 bad result Bville had. You have no clue what either have cause you have not seen either one I'm sure.

Yes GF field is awful after rain. Doesn't drain well at all

Just what I'm thinking. Feel like berryville is down and green forest will come to play. Good luck to both.

Green Forrest is possessing the ball really well right now and they have fantastic defense.

Berryville defense is shaky, especially when pressured. Berryville is also missing true standout players who can change the game for them. Green Forrest has 3 players who are a threat.

Coaching and understanding the game will be the edge here.

In the end I agree that this is no where close to a 4 goal lead but I see Green Forrest winning this game by one or two.

Neither are great defensively.

Berryville will have the best player on the field in Oliver Perez. He is one of the best players in 4a hands down. Granted he can't do it alone.

Both teams lost their coach so I'm curious to who you give that edge to. Neither of the coaches in this game are what I would call soccer gurus by any means.

Like I said you haven't seen either team. I've seen them both and know a lot about them both. This is a rivalry and it's the best one in 4a so records and past results mean nothing in this game.

Anything more then a 1 goal game would be a major surprise.

1-1 at halftime

Both goals on pk's.

Berryville GK blocked the GF attempt but, they were able to get the rebound and put it in.

The Coach

Bville up 2-1 after scoring on a corner. Less then 25 to go.

Bville scores again as Oliver Perez makes it 3-1.

And that's the final score. Berryville dominates the game and wins going away!!!

So does this mean GF is down? No it means Berryville had a bad game like I said.

Basketball13

So with all of this, who do we think top 4 will be from the 4A-1?

Former 4A Berryville coach went to 5A Harrison this year, but the talent remains.  Taking up for our local smaller towns teams, great teams.  Don't overlook them in the 4A or any conference.  Sounds like a good rivalry game.

It's always a good game regardless of what has taken place in previous games.
