WEEK 10

TEAM OF THE WEEK
England completed its first perfect regular season in school history with a 51-8 win against Poyen.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Trevor Pipkin threw for 369 yards and six touchdowns, all in the first half, in Prescott's 54-7 win against Jessieville for its second straight outright conference championship.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sean Michael Flanagan returned two interceptions, of 40 and 26 yards, for touchdowns in Charleston's 60-19 win against Mansfield.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Bailey Goza blocked a field goal with 6:01 left which Tyrel Caudle picked up and ran 90 yards for a tying touchdown in Arkadelphia's 49-42 win against Malvern.



WEEK 9

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Warren won at Hamburg, 35-7, to wrap up the top seed in the playoffs in the game between conference unbeatens.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Cecil Langston of Rivercrest ran for 435 yards and five touchdowns in a 49-14 win against Melbourne.

Langston had 36 carries and scored on runs of 64, 32, 60, 56 and 14.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Chad McGonigal of Baptist Prep intercepted three passes and returned two for touchdowns in a 35-9 win against Ozark.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Hayden Ray of Bryant kicked four field goals in Bryant's 33-14 win against Siloam Springs.

Ray kicked field goals of 38, 25, 41 and 29 yards. Ray also was perfect with three extra-point attempts for 15 points.


WEEK 8

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Hot Springs Lakeside defeated DeQueen, 21-20, on Monday after the game was postponed three days.

One of Lakeside's busses carrying players and coaches was involved in an accident on Friday on the way to DeQueen. Two coaches and 10 players were hospitalized, and game was postponed.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Chris Kershner ran for 259 yards and five touchdowns in Dardanelle's 44-20 win against Pulaski Robinson in a battle of unbeatens.

Kershner also returned an interception 30 yards for a touchdown.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Deontre Hardwick of Fort Smith Northside had five sacks and forced a fumble which was returned for a touchdown in the Grizzlies, 34-17, win at Springdale.

Hardwick also ran for a touchdown on offense. Northside had nine sacks in all.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Caleb Canady completed a two-point pass to Deiontae Duncan with 30 seconds left to lift Morrilton to a 50-49 win against Maumelle.


WEEK 7

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Springdale Har-Ber beat No. 1 Fayetteville, 47-43, with a dramatic rally.

Fuller Chandler hit Trey Smith on a 6-yard touchdown pass with six seconds left.

The Wildcats defeated highly ranked teams two weeks in a row after beating Bentonville the week before.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Luke Hannon of Springdale Har-Ber ran for 333 yards and four touchdowns in a 47-43 win against No. 1 Fayetteville.

Hannon ran for four touchdowns and also caught a 28-yard touchdown pass to end the first half.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jaylen Houston-Hay, on the same play, forced a fumble, recovered the fumble and returned it for a touchdown in Little Rock McClellan's 70-0 win against Little Rock Fair.

Hay also intercepted a pass.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Damarea Crockett ran for the game-winning two-point conversion to lift Little Rock Christian to a 43-42 win against Greenbrier and keep the Warriors undefeated.



WEEK 6

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Springdale Har-Ber downed Bentonville, 31-21, in a Top 10 matchup.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Demekko Clark of Blytheville ran for 447 yards and five touchdowns in a 53-26 win against Greene County Tech.

Clark scored on runs of 23, 74, 49 and 95 yards in the first half and added a 45-yard scoring jaunt in the third quarter.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Devin Rice picked off three passes in the game to lead Paris to a 27-0 win against Lavaca.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Payton Copher returned a blocked field goal 99 yards for a touchdown in Springdale Har-Ber's 31-21 win against previously-undefeated Bentonville.

Bentonville was attempting to break a scoreless tie with a 26-yard field goal when the kick was blocked. Blaze Brothers picked up the blocked kick near the goal line and pitched it to Copher, who returned it the length of the field.



WEEK 5

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Rison defeated Hermitage, 77-36, and in the process turned in a rarity with dual 200-yard rushers.

Bryson Marks ran for 239 yards and four touchdowns and JaQuan Henry added 201 yards on the ground with two touchdowns.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jordan Johnson of Glen Rose ran for 363 yards and four touchdowns in a  49-17 win against Jessieville.

Johnson had 31 rushes and had scoring runs of 40, 16, 4 and 14 yards.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Riverview's Kirby Kenney returned an interception 13 yards for a touchdown and had three sacks in a 17-0 win against Batesville Southside.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Dillon Russell returned punts 80 and 71 yards for touchdowns in Pocahontas' 54-19 win against Harrisburg.


WEEK 4

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Jonesboro won a slugfest against Mountain Home, 83-41.

The two teams combined for 1,352 yards of offense and 18 touchdowns with the Hurricane rolling up 825 yards of offense and 12 touchdowns.

Jonesboro quarterbacksTyson Williams and A.J. Aycock combined for 498 yards passing and seven touchdowns. Kylon Tate ran for 192 yards and four scores. Jonathan Adams caught 11 passes for 258 yards and three touchdowns.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Zaine Holley of Pea Ridge scored seven touchdowns in a 72-34 win against Gentry.

Holley ran 30 times for 337 yards and scored on runs of 5, 10, 66, 2, 3, 1 and 9 yards.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Tyson Stewart of Mountain Pine returned a pair of interceptions for touchdowns in a 42-24 win over Cutter Morning Star.

Stewart's interception returns were of 56 and 58 yards.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Phillip Isom-Green returned a kickoff 88 yards with 40 seconds left to lift Bryant to a 27-24 win against Russellville just 12 seconds after the Cyclones had taken the lead.



WEEK 3

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Fayetteville improved to 3-0 with a 56-21 win against Muskogee OK.

The Bulldogs outscored three nonconference opponents by a 167-38 margin, marking the most points scored in a three-game stretch in team history.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Layne Hatcher completed 26 of 29 passes for 600 yards and eight touchdowns in Pulaski Academy's 71-40 win against Warren in a battle of defending Class 5A and Class 4A state champions.

Tre Bruce had 10 catches for 106 yards, R.J. Anderson caught three passes for 110 yards and two touchdowns, and Tra Johnson snared three passes for 104 yards and a touchdown.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jeremiah Bowling of Benton had 4-1/2 sacks in a 38-0 win against Greenbrier.

Bowling was an integral part of a defense that recorded 10 sacks and allowed just 152 yards in the shutout.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Hunter Davenport of Lamar blocked a punt, threw two 2-point conversion passes and ran for another two-point conversion in a 49-22 win against Perryville


WEEK 2
TEAM OF THE WEEK
For the second week in a row an Arkansas high school football team halted a major streak.

Rison beat Junction City, 15-14, to end the Dragon's 41-game winning streak, the fourth longest in the state's history.

Rison halted a two-point conversion pass with 1:32 left to preserve the win.

The Wildcats took a 15-0 lead on Bryson Marks' 1-yard touchdown run and two-point conversion and JaQuan Henry's 7-yard run before Junction City rallied with two touchdowns in the final three minutes.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Brennon Johnson turned in a rarity for a quarterback, throwing and rushing for more than 200 yards.

Johnson threw for 233 yards and three touchdowns, and ran for 201 yards and five touchdowns to lead Pulaski Robinson to a 55-35 win against Central Arkansas Christian.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Safety Ryan Roberts intercepted three passes in Pocahontas' 42-14 win over Paragould.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Cabot's Holdyn Barnes returned a kickoff 99 yards for a touchdown in a 40-33 overtime win against Little Rock Catholic.

Barnes' kickoff return tied the game at 33-33 with 4:45 remaining. He also returned an interception for a touchdown.


WEEK 1
TEAM OF THE WEEK
Pulaski Academy beat Highland Park in Dallas, 40-13, to halt an 84-game home winning streak.

Layne Hatcher threw four touchdown passes, all on Pulaski Academy's first four possessions, for a 27-0 lead. Hatcher threw for 259 yards with Tre Bruce and Justin Charrete catching two scoring passes each.

The Bruins' defense limited Highland Park to just 119 yards, including only 8 rushing.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Lonoke's Justin Meadows ran for three touchdowns, threw a touchdown pass and returned a punt and a fumble for a touchdown in a 38-27 win against Star City.

Meadows needed just eight carries to amass 175 yards on the ground. He also threw a 15-yard touchdown pass, returned a punt 80 yards for a touchdown and returned a fumble 52 yards for another score.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Canon Morgan returned an interception 95 yards untouched for a touchdown for Parkers Chapel in a 23-20 win over Magnet Cove.

Parkers Chapel led 16-12 with Magnet Cove driving at Parkers Chapel 18 to take the lead early in the fourth quarter when Morgan turned away the threat with the interception on the first-down pass over the middle.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Lance Harville-Thomas returned the season's opening kickoff 88 yards for a touchdown in Little Rock Catholic's 32-25 overtime win.
