James had a good game as usual scoring around 25 points, but Ridgefield has this Burnet kid that's like 6'5" or 6'6' that drilled five three-pointers in the last three minutes to make it interesting. He ended up with 26.

Average game for the Screamin Eagles, nothing too impressive this season especially for their schedule. I think they are like 4-9. Ridgefield starts a little freshman point guard. She's the real deal. She'll be fun to watch over the next few years.

Im being serious. When their is 3 minutes of the game left and the dang D team is in the game and the others team has their starters in for what? Guy could've embarrassed that team even worse if they wanted too. This is just my point of view. I'm sure that coach has kids dying to play and in a game like that they should be able too. especially when it's already decided.
I'm pretty sure Guy 2 years ago had Sacred down by around 40 and was still pressing. Guy fans went nuts when they hit 100. Ironic it was the same year Guy had zero All State kids. I think they started 38-0 or something like that. Really classy! Lost a lil respect for those coaches that game
If I was guestificating it was prob due to the other coaches having high moral standards. Not jealous prob just didn't like being treated a certain way from other coaches! I don't hate Guy at all have a few friends that live there but it's hard to respect some things there! Carry on

Called a coaching friend and here's what I got and I wasn't aware of this! Conferences have what they call a 10 point rule! Each victory carries a max of 10 points for seeding and bracket positions for district tournament! If I win by 83 I only get 10 points! Anything below 10 is the actual margin of victory! It is used for tie breaker purposes! Head to head first then total points of all wins up to 10 per victory! Sacred coach did the right thing for his team! If they score there and cut it to less than 10 it could potentially benefit them greatly! From what I've seen Sacreds coach is a classy stand up guy unlike well you know what I mean! Kudos to Sacreds coach trying to help his team

I was aware of this rule, but I thought the same of Sacreds coach as well. Just didn't see the point in it last night. I guess if that was the case then so be it. Guy won by 11.

I do believe Omaha boys are good. I haven't seen them play, but i'm listening to the hype abt them I think they are. And the only "significant" win I see there is the one where they beat Concord by 30, but personally I do not think Concord lives up to their hype. The win against Valley Springs was a good one too, but they lost to a very poor Greenbrier team. The rest of those teams you named aren't very good to me. Yes Guy lost to Bay I know. Their schedule has been as tough as Guys has. Valley isn't a 3A contender, but they are pretty darn good. They beat Kirby. They would easily compete in class A.

Valley won't look as good at the end of the year cause they could easily miss state due to their region.

If valley springs was a 1a school, with the talent they seem to find yearly....they'd be the home grown version of bay and guy

"Weak schedule" set them up pretty well to make state semis last year then I guess.
That's a solid team with multiple scorers and they're very well coached and mix up a lot to throw at you.

To add to this, Pangburn girls fouled 26 total times, Concord 20. Biggest difference in game was Concord was up fifteen after three quarters and they spread them out and forced more fouls. Foul count was 29-20 Pangburn in boys and Concord spread it out as well.

Cornett has changed these girls man. They have 3 sophomores that can play and they play HARD and PHYSICAL. Not to mention a senior guard Davis who is the best player in the conference. They're fun to watch. Boys are the same way. That group of seniors on the boys side has always played super hard. They have 2 sophomore kids that can play too. That's s BIG win by our girls! Go Pirates!

I ain't saying I expected that. I expected them to cheer if he missed. Cheer if he fouled. But they acted like it was KD coming back to OKC! This is a high school kid we're talking about. If you look in too it besides a handful of teams from the other regions. Region 3 girls are usually in the mix for top teams year in and year out. This years best teams have lost to 9-18 teams from other regions I have no dog in the fight so I can't say for sure. Just going off of what I'm told.
