Hey guys, I am Tyler Carr a graduate student at the University of Arkansas studying turfgrass science. Some of you may know of my father, Skip Carr, who was the head baseball coach at White Hall until 2016. I have created a blog for coaches as an unbiased resource for you to learn more about maintaining your field within your time and budgetary constraints. Before they want to take this post down for "advertising" I want to make a disclaimer that I am not selling any product nor do I have any affiliation with any company that sells sports field products. My objective is simply to help coaches make their fields safer and more playable for their team.

With that, please check out the blog's site by clicking the link: https://groundskeepingcoach.wixsite.com/turf

The first post on the site provides an introduction to the blog and outlines some of the topics we will be discussing. A blog over mowing will be posted next week (week of 2/25). As always, my contact information is at the bottom of the site so feel free to reach out, and if you want to learn more about my background and experience click on the 'About' tab on the site.
