You've got Mountain Pine, Izard County, and Spring Hill. I think floor for them all is winless and ceiling is 2 wins. Here are what I think are the teams' best (only) chances at wins. Mountain Pine: Cutter, JCW, and Magazine. Izard County: Yellville-Summit and Marianna. And Spring Hill: Foreman, Lafayette County.
I could be completely wrong but I feel like the level of 8-man and 11-man are lightyears away even though 2A has been down in average talent the last few years 9
