OL reponded to the verbal cue?

Yeah

Swag you are telling me that yall ran a play in high school where 2 OL pulled and listened for the QB's verbal cue as to whether or not they stopped at LOS or ran downfield?

Yeah

People run screens like that but I've honestly never heard of a team using verbal cues from the QB to OL on PA rollouts.

Our society needs to re-establish a culture of swag

I think that has been done for a long, long time.  Defenses do the same during plays as they verbalize to one another.  Always hearing coaches tell players to "talk to each other".

Fair enough. I'm not sure how teams use it on screens because I have a back ground in a heavy run game but if you can use them on screens I see no reason why they can't be used with lineman leading out in front.

Whatever offense you run needs to be multiple and adjustable.

The smaller the school, the more multiple and adjustable. You never know when a talented back will come through and you need to be ready to utilize him even if it is out of your wishbone comfort zone. Or spread comfort zone.

I believe I would run the ball every down if I could be guaranteed 3 yards every play...I'd ALWAYS go for it on 4th and 1
