About the same time you asked this Viola School District Announced that they would be closed today, but as of now they are still planning on their boys playing since it is the last game of the night with temperature conditions improving throughout the day. As for ICC, I'm not sure...

My guess would be play as scheduled.  I just checked idrivearkansas.com and they show all roads clear except Hwy 7 from Russellville to Jasper.
