I laugh when I hear about CAC. When they hired Shoemaker the other top candidate for the job was current LR Christian and former mena ball coach Jeff Weaver. They decided on Shoemaker at the last second cause HC experience. Weavers record won't really say much but he turned around the mena program to what it is now. And has a lot of young talent at LRC.
