Star City is in first place on the girls side. We beat DW by close to 50. The only teams we have not played are Monticello and Crossett. We have beaten everybody else in the conference up to this point.

Yup. In SC it's always been about football, girls basketball, and baseball as far as I can remember. Now they have had some pretty good boys basketball teams in the past.

The Regional last year in Monticello was one of the best I have ever been to.  Monticello and SC played for the Regional Champ in girls, and the Monticello Boys played Hamburg.  That gym was rocking for both games.  After the SC-Monticello game, the SC fans switched sides and were pulling for Monticello against Hamburg.  It was unreal.  Hope Dumas can have the same kind of atmosphere.  What Conf are we matched with in Regionals?
