You literally gave this one the exact same name as another one....
The other one was not there when I started the post but it had been there when I finished. I got sidetracked with something else and they were posted before I finished.

They were there yesterday....
It deserves 3 threads, since the last 2 state champs Boys & Girls has came from this Region!!!
lol Im just giving him a hard time. One time I posted the same thread 4 times.... It was a bad deal.
Krik, what is the low down on every one in your corner? You can post on correct Region topic if you like. We will be looking, we drew the home team for both of our games, but we are like the old Oakland Raiders, we love to come to your town and crush your dreams! Is West Fork peaking or can you tell?

Girls look unstoppable. Boys seem to be playing worse and worse. on the girls side our region is stacked with us, Green Forrest (the only team to beat us since Christmas) Greenland (has beaten GF 3 times) and Chucktown who is ranked 1st. On the guys side it looks like a two team race between Cedarville and Charleston. But if West Fork can get back on track they have a shot.
Who is the coach at Greenland? I remember whe Danny Farmer was there, they were always tough.
Will any of the games be broadcasted on the radio?
Do not understand, why you are giving bocatfanforlike trouble, he is posting in right place!!!

Yes maam. My daughters attend Bergman. Luckily they won't see this. Bergman beat Flippin in the district tournament, but I heard 2 starters for the Lady Bobcats were out. I just don't think they have what it takes to beat the #3 from your region.

I agree! Really not that skilled.
Can I ask why Flippins girls had 2 starters out in district?
Good Luck to the Manila teams in Regionals!

ISU. Idk if you heard about this but Cody Cone rolled his ankle pretty good The GAME before tournament play started. We were all worried until He started acting like it was No biggie and wouldn't even go to the doctor cause He said it was fine. He averaged almost 20 point a game through district, regional, and state tournament until your colts beat us in the finals. 3 days later He went and got an X-ray. He played every tournament game on a broken foot. Unbelievable. What kids will do to play the game they love at a high level is just awesome/scary. His bone actually grew back wrong. Just thought you would be interested.

Nah its all good. You couldnt even tell he was hurt by the way he was playing. I just thought it was amazing that he played through it so well. He worked for that his whole life... he wasnt about to lose his chance 3 days before tournaments started. Even though we lost in the finals... Thats a sign of a true champion in my book. He wasnt about to let himself down or his team down and he almost did what a lot of people said was impossible.

Was a good season after losing all 5 starters from the previous season. Heading to Flippin now.
Flippin Lady Bobcats leading the Manila Lady Lions 16-9 after one quarter!
Flippin up 24-17 at Half!
32-29 bobcats after 3 Manila with Momentum.
Flippin just pulled out an exciting 43-40 win against Manila
Sounds great, now pull us through.
Manila leading 10-9 against Flippin at the 1st
Manila leading 18-17 against Flippin at half
Manila leading 29-20 against Flippin at the 3rd quarter
bobcatfan thanks for the updates
Manila overcame Flippin to pull off the win 48-28.
Bergman girls lead 39-31 in final minute of third
Bergman wins at the buzzer! 54-52
wow sounds like a very good game
Lions earn their 3rd straight trip to the big dance, excellent job the players and coach who graduated 95% of last years team. Lions had to grind for 3 quarters vs the slow tempo then shifted into overdrive in the 4th for a 20 pt win. Great effort by the Lady Lions, who lose no one.
Rivercest up 32-21 over Bergman at half
Rivercrest 38 Bergman 38 end of 3?????
Bergman wins 55-45
I will upload some stats from each game in the morning.
S/O the Rivercrest Colts student section.! You guys are hilarious!! haha.
Thursday Night Recap:

(2)Manila Lions 48 vs. (3)Flippin Bobcats 28
(2)Bergman Lady Panthers 54 vs. (3)Hoxie Lady Mustangs 52
(2)Bergman Panthers 55 vs. (3)Rivercrest Colts 45
Down by 11 at the half the Panthers come back to win by 10 points.
What a great night of basketball!!
I thought that Rivercrest would pull that one out........
ISU7, since that Rivercrest's season is over, boy that leaves plenty of
track and field time......lol ;D ;D ;D
Earle plays Bergman tonight....
Earle defeated Bergman, 71-40 earlier this year at the Lendel Thomas Classic in Harrison over the Christmas Holidays. I am pretty certain that both squads have gotten better, and should be a good game tonight. Earle should win this game by 8-12 points IMO.
GO BULLDOG NATION!!!!!!
Somebody please post scores.
Mt. View up 31-27 with 7:30 left.
Flippin Lady Bobcats:: Hannah Davis lead with 14, Kaylee Wood 10, Demi Hargrove 9, Amanda Whitman 6, and Shauna Chevallier 4. Kaylee Wood pulled down 6 boards and added 3 assists. The Lady Bobcats Shot 13-24 from the line.

Good game, Mt. View. Good club, fundamentally sound who play unselfish together. Lions gave good effort on their worst shooting night in years. Good luck to Mt. View the rest of the way and Lions, we got to pick up a notch. It is the time of year, we got to play for 4 quarters.

Great regional
Thanks for the updates and info! Gook luck to all Region3 teams!!!!!!
Lets represent North/Northeast Arkansas...
I think we will do fine
How did you guys think that Flippin did in hosting the Region 3 Tournament?
For the most part it was great, but as with several other places the main problem was parking.
Wonderful, bocatfanforlife good job by everyone, Need to get more parking.
Flippin did a good job, people were real hospitable. Spiked hair ref thought everyone came to watch him ref, instead of see the kids play ball. That is not the host schools fault, parking a little short. I think the crowds were down from previous years, the high gas prices might impacted some. I enjoyed Flippin schools and good luck to your girls this week.
You are right about the ref Lion. We have had to put up with him for years. Seems like the refs are getting worse each year.
I officiated and umpired for 25 years and there are a few pieces of advice that i would give young officials. 1. Know the rules, have good mechanics, be consistent ( loose or tight, small or big strike zone) and last. PARENTS AND FANS SHOW UP TO WATCH THE KIDS PLAY AND NOT YOU OFFICIATE, the less you are noticed the better.
Agree totally
