Conference, Playoffs, All Star...

We all know on how 5A conference plays, the 4 best teams from each 4 conferences goes to playoffs.  Playoffs pit the those teams of each other to win the title.  In most sports, All Star game pits the best players from all Arkansas conferences to play in a final game.  I agree with this.  But...

But why don't we have a 4 conference game event that does take the best players from each same conference?  For instance in the 5A, why don't we have the best players from the East, Central, South and West to make teams for each of the aforementioned teams to play in a tournament.  Just curious.

Wow I really like that idea that would be a good tournament and very competitive in each conference. I would pay to watch those games.
