Nashville all the way.

Oh they beat Hopeless and DeQueen.  (DeQueen beat Hopeless)

All the teams they have beaten have 2 wins.  So right now they are to top of the bottom feeders.
I think this one is a blowout, but they have played Nashville close in the past.

Maybe I wrong thinking Ashdown as a 5th seed potential.

OrangeCrush.

I'd love to beat Ashdown by 100, but I'm sure they will find a way to get up for this game like usual.

Other than Robinson, which ashdown will play just haven't yet, most of the teams Nashville has played only has 1 win? Even if you add robinson the avg for all the teams is 2 so take away robinson and the avg is 1.4 each...

To be honesty, (and after I thought about it) The only team Nashville has been with more than one win is Fountain Lake!  (3 wins)  The teams with best records are

1. Bauxite  6-0    Conference  (3 - 0)   beaten teams combine (17 wins)
2. Robinson 5-1   Conference (3-0)      beaten teams combine (13 wins)
3. HHG 4-2         Conference (2-1)      beaten teams combine (10 wins)
4. Nashville  5-1  Conference (2-1)      beaten teams combine (7 wins)
5. Ashdown 3-3   Conference (1-2)      beaten teams combine (2 wins)
6. Arkadelphia 1-5  Conference (1-2)    beaten teams combine (3 wins)
7. Fountain Lake 3-3 Conference (0-3)  beaten teams combine (4 wins)
8. Malvern  0-6     Conference (0-3)

When you look at it this way.  Bauxite is number 1 in our conference!  Other than the fact that Fountain Lake is 0-3 (and Arkadelphia has beaten them) Fountain Lake could be #6. This data really says that Bauxite is #1 in conference.  If Bauxite wins this week, Robinson @ Bauxite will be billed as the "Conference Championship", or the road to 7-4a Champion goes though Bauxite.

Now it look like Nashville @ Ashdown could be a mild upset if Ashdown wins.  They are at home, and Nashville does not look so tough.

Like I said, Ashdown is the top bottom feeder.  I guess they are a 5th seed right now.

polksalet

The smart money is on them cheatin' nashville refs.

Will the Bauxite posters be as prevalent when they drop the last 3 games of the regular season?
What will the thought be in Bauxite when Patton is doing everything he can to get out after the year is over. Cabot maybe?? Lots of rumors out there. At least they post on here now so there will be someone to chop it up with about the situation.... or unless they disappear like before. It will be interesting!

Is it better to beat a lower level team with several wins or lose to a higher level team like in the 7a. Seams like the argument on here last week was it's better to play up and take a L than play down and take a W. Just so confusing when people switch up their beliefs to fit their situation. Sounds like the government.

Hey, I was giving the paper view and a narrow one at that.  I still think Nashville wins, and I still think Joe T will run over the road block.  You got to pump these games up if you want people to notice or come.  Arkadelphia has won one, and now a 1-5 team looking like they are on a comeback.  The truth is -- they are not going to beat Warren in a rematch.  At least, not yet!  ;D

I agree Nashville will win, but I'm thinking more along the lines of 42-20.

Some Ashdown and Nashville fans are gonna be in Foreman Friday night from what I hear.

Not many things more exciting than a good High School Football Game no matter where it's at.

Both Ashdown and Nashville would wear Foreman out on a Friday night, and that's for sure......

OrangeCrush.

Heard that Ashdown took down the fence between the visitor "bleachers" and the sideline. So now everything just runs together. As if that place wasn't already the biggest dump in the state.

WHAT DAY IS IT............. ITS GAME DAY!!!!!!!! Go Big Orange!!!!

OrangeCrush.

Wonder what effect, if any, the weather will have on tonight's game. The rain should move out by kickoff, but Trashdown's field will be a mud bog.

ResidentOfTheVILL

Guess we will be playing ball in our Muckboots tonight ::)

Looks like it is moving out. Great night for football

The fence is indeed gone. Can't say that I've ever been to a stadium that doesn't have anything to divide the bleachers from the field. I feel like I'm in the game.

Bauxite beats FL 40-14. Dabbs rips off about 180 and 3 scores.  Robinson at our house on Friday.  It's On!
