Since you seem to have all the answers, have at it!!!  Let's see your bracket!!

A) Start with a standard 16 team bracket. 1vs16, 8vs9, 4vs13, etc...
B) Place the three regional winners in seed slots 1-3.
C) Place the three regional runners-ups in seed slots 4-6 making sure each is opposite the winner of its own region.
D) Place the three regional third place teams in seed slots 7-9 making sure each is opposite the winner of its own region.
E) Place the three regional fourth place teams in seed slots 10-12 making sure each is on the same half as the winner of its own region.
F) Fill seed slots 13-16 with byes.
