Problem is that Bearden only has about 22 players with at least 4 out with injuries , compared to Junctions 40 man squad ... Bears may move the 9th graders up so they can have enough to practice with this week ...

The weather here at the moment is horrendous.  Not surprised the game was called.  But I've seen some very good Bearden teams over the years.  This isn't one of them.   Wasn't trying to down grade Bearden.  But they're not in the same league with JC.  Bearden was one Helluva Player & fumble better than Woodlawn.

Woodlawn will get their chance in a couple of weeks , let's see how y'all do , Woodies couldn't even stay close to Bearden and to say the only reason we won was because of a fumble and a great player is pathetic , the only reason y'all scored was because of a Bearden fumble on our 30 yard line and other than that 30 yard drive , Woodlawn did nothing !!

You just down graded your own team then dude! If Bearden hadn't turned the ball over you would have not scored, and penalties kept Bearden from scoring g more than they did in the first half. We could have easily seen 50 -0  so take your Bearden bashing elsewhere, you got throttled to night.

Bearden beat PC by 4 touchdowns and were on their way to a 4 or 5 touchdown beating of Woodlawn , before y'all called it quits , so I don't understand your thinking that Bearden is not much better than your cubs , especially with Bearden having 4 starters out tonight , just remember no one that has played Bearden a full 4 quarters has been within 3 touchdowns , now I know Bearden will have to play a perfect game against Junction , especially with the injuries they have , but stranger things have happened ...

Bearden is always our most competitive conference opponent. Regardless of injuries or record thus far they're not being taken lightly by coaches, players, or fans. It's a great in conference rivalry and home or away Bearden always plays us tough, and plays better against us than any other opponent they face. It should be a great game in Bear country next Friday, the annual battle of the unbeatens. Good luck to both teams and hopefully all can stay healthy or get healthy.
