Naw. It was a pay increase. Paid holidays, no weekends, inclement weather policy that's awesome, and I get more family time. Locked into a salary is interesting. More time at work with no extra pay ha

I miss my days off. But that's about it. My attitude and sleep schedule has improved greatly!

I'm sure it has... I've done shift work for 3 years now, and there is no way anyone could ever get used to it. You do not have a normal sleeping schedule. Especially doing a 24 hour turnaround... The hardest part is getting your significant other understanding how exhausting it really is. Lol.
