COACH OF THE YEAR: Chris Kennon, McCrory
Barely a decade ago, McCory disbanded its football program for two years due to low numbers. This season, however, Kennon led the revived program to a perfect campaign and the first state title in school history. The Jaguars (13-0) outscored foes 500-121 and edged Rison in the Class 2A final, 26-22.

OFFENSE

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Taylor Powell, Fayetteville
Fayetteville has produced a number of great quarterbacks – Brandon Allen and Austin Allen are currently at the University of Arkansas – but Powell could prove to be the best of the bunch. The strong-armed junior threw for 3,574 yards, broke the Class 7A record with 55 total touchdowns (50 passing, five rushing) and led the Bulldogs (12-2) to a state championship.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: McTelvin Agim, Hope
An Under Armour All-American, Agim dominated from his defensive end position, notching 72.5 tackles, 26 tackles for loss and 14 sacks. The 6-foot-3, 275-pound Arkansas commit even brought back kickoffs for the Bobcats, averaging 50.0 yards per return.

I do know Agim and Capps are committed to the Pigs. The rest I couldn't tell you.
