That's great to hear.  He did an excellent job this year.  He turned the offensive play calling over to Coach Ragsdale this season and focused on the defense.  It's hard for a head coach to do it all, you could see the results in both the offensive play calling and the improved defense.  Getting to coach with his dad and coach his son as a senior made this a very special year.  This award is just icing on the cake. 

Roddy is a great man and an excellent coach.  I'm glad my son got to play for him and Coach Mote, Sr. as well.
