Maybe it was the five losses they suffered this year or the beat down Earle gave them at the first of the year. CC beat Earle by 20 with only 2 losses. Maybe? Just another thought from a T-Bird.

There are 3 schools that can have a legit claim to the 1 spot.   The fact is, it's all opinion. No one would've have realistically had CC in semis at start of season. Or during the season for that matter.  BUT, they are playing good football right now, and they have earned their top 4 spot.

CC has beaten Hazen and JC. I said it in week 3 or 4 that JC would not make it. CC just happen to be the team that proved me right. Hazen on the other hand is a good team not a top 5 team and they gave CC problems. Friday is around the corner. Next week will be the same thing just a different team.
