Since every other conference is in here what are the thoughts on the 5 3A.. who are some of the top players and teams?

Prescott junior high beat Haskell HG tonight 52-40 for the conference championship. Congrats to the young Curley wolves. Back to back district champs. We are proud of these young guys. Prescotts qb is 6'5 and one of our receivers is 6'3. Tough tandem to deal with. Hats of to the Haskell team they are really good. As was the Glen Rose junior high.

One of the best games I have attended in years, down 14 at half the Curley Cubs come storming back to take the win. Hats off to the young Cardinals, this will be something to look forward to in the coming years.

6'5" QB? That's going to be big next year if he remains the QB. What grade is he in?

9th grade. His name is Ryan Johnson, dude can hoop too.

He will be Prescotts qb next year IMO.

Gr gave the game away to Cp. can't put the ball on the ground 4 times and expect to win. Every loss GR has had this year they were in the game and made some key mistakes. They just didn't have the size and speed in the secondary to keep up with Prescott. They added 3 new players to the team during the summer so they haven't had time to mesh completely. All I know is it's going to be fun to watch the top teams in the 5 3A over the next 3 years. Ready to see my son on Friday nights and leave this Thursday night stuff to the birds.
