We still have a bit of time before the start of conference play and another season of 5A West pick'em so before we start the 2014 version, let's take a moment to review last year's format (see below the line for last year's format) - are there any changes needed?

Let's hear your idea(s)......



Here's how it works:

14 rounds of play in the 5A West this season, 8 games each round.
Pick every game boys and girls each week (winner only, no spread needed) in confidence order. 
First game listed under boys is assumed to be your 4 point game (most confident), down to the 1 point last game (least confident).
Same thing under girls.
Picks must be listed (separated) by gender.

Picks must be entered in this thread before the start of the first game for the round of play (which usually means 6 p.m.)

Post / edit time of your picks will be used to determine when your picks were submitted (be careful in editing an existing post as it could change your post time and thus invalidate your picks!)

I'll find some way to list the results/leaders.  If there is a tie at the end of the season, the person with the FEWEST correct picks among those tied for the title will be declared the winner

Prize?  One year bragging rights, and (possibly) something from B.G. (...along the line of a suitable tag line below your screen name (id))...
