Outlook: A stellar senior class that appeared in the state championship game two years ago and won a co-conference championship last year has graduated. Among that class is Josh Trezvant, who signed with Duke, and Freddie Burton, who signed with Arkansas, along with the school's all-time leading passer in Kyle Russell and all-state linemen Domonique Harris and Cody Bradford. To say that 2007 will be a rebuilding year may be an understatement. Only three starters return on each side of the ball although Junior Tremaine Evans could be an impact player at running back if he can stay eligible. Blake McGhee, who started last year at cornerback, and sophomore Terrance Heaggins will battle for the quarterback position. Comments from Greeson: "We lost a great group of seniors and a big group of seniors. You just don't replace Josh Trezvant and Freddie Burton. Those are Division I guys. I've got a whole lot of them that are going to be hard to replace. We’re going to be very young. We've got some good talent and some good ability but guys with very little experience. (Quarterback) is up in the air. Two of them have separated themselves a little bit. It may come down to the wire before we make a decision."
