Other key players: OL Josh Dorham (5-9, 186, Sr.); OL Blake Rutherford (6-2, 208, Sr.); OL Tyler Smith (6-0, 203, Jr.); DE Travis Eden (5-11, 188, Soph.); LB Michael Croasdell (5-11, 156, Soph.); QB Ethan McKinzie (6-0, 176, Jr.); CB Hayden McAfee (5-7, 146, Jr.); CB Colton Mourman (5-8, 162, Soph.). 2007 Outlook: Coach Bill Harrelson and his staff must find four replacements on the offensive line, but they do return a pair of talented receivers, Zach Dailey and Frankie Walburn, who combined for 44 catches for 467 yards and two touchdowns. Junior quarterback Ethan McKinze is expected to step in and lead Harrelson's spread offense. The strength of the Lions should be the defensive unit. Seven starters return and should help Gravette make a push to return to the playoffs in 2007. Comments by coach: "Trey Tipling is the only returner on the offensive line and will be counted on to be the leader of that group. Zach Dailey and Frankie Walburn should be big threats for us in the passing game. Teddy Selby will provide us with a strong runner. Jeremy Henry returns as our defensive leader, and he lead our team in tackles last year. Ron Jarvis returns as our nose guard and will be counted on to be an anchor on the defensive line. We have three junior linebackers in Quintin Eden, Tyler Anderson and Brett Meek, and all should make a strong linebacking core. Our offensive line will have to come through for us to be successful. The strength of our team is our quickness and speed, especially on defense. We will have to play hard to make up for a lack of size. Farmington is head and shoulders about everybody else with Prairie Grove next. After that I think everybody else has a shot."
